Achievements – Alan has transformed H. Alan Welles Real Estate, LLC from a one person office into a medium size office with nearly 30 people and is continually growing.  Alan’s persistence and hard work has achieved the growth and retention of several new clients and sales associates.  The companies name and reputation are well known and respected among the community.  Alan served as membership chairman for The Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches only later to be elected to the Board of Directors and eventually President. Currently Alan is serving as immediate past president of the Realtors Commercial Alliance. Alan has also served on the Board of Directors of FAR (Florida Association of Realtors). He has also served on the leadership team of Florida CCIM Chapter, East Coast District as district vice president and then district president and is currently on the board of directors. Alan has been awarded The Deal of the Year Award and Realtor of the Year by The Commercial Realtors Alliance of the Palm Beaches.
