Robert is a Sales Associate with H. Alan Welles Commercial Real Estate. Robert offers services for Multi-Family, Commercial, Industrial and Land sales and service. Since Robert began his career nearly twenty years ago in Real Estate he has been a consistent multimillion dollar producer.

Before Robert joined H. Alan Welles Commercial Real Estate Robert he was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps for 3 years. After leaving the Marine Core Robert went to work for Furness Withy an International shipping company while working there his was responsible for Port Operations out of the Port of New York for shipments and trans-shipments to South East Asia. Prior to his career in real estate Robert worked for The Miami Herald as a distribution manager for the Treasure Coast area.

 Robert has lived in Florida since 1973 and has worked in land development for several major developers including General Development Corporation. Robert has represented several major lending institutions for REO sales of their Florida properties. In 2008 Robert earned his CCIM designation and is in good standing with the CCIM Institute, the Florida CCIM chapter and the East Coast CCIM chapter.**

Robert is the former Chairman of the St. Lucie Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Committee (2 years) and Vice Chairman (2 years). He spent 4 years on the Port, Airport and Infrastructure committees for the St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce. 

Robert is dedicated to customer service and relies on referral business from previous customers and ongoing clients.

Robert currently resides in Fort Pierce with his family.
