REBECCA KWARCIAK, SALES ASSOCIATE
Rebecca is unique to her approach of commercial real estate brokerage primarily due to her background as a business owner and teacher. Both have given her the tools to work effectively in selling and leasing commercial property. While understanding her client’s goals and objectives from a business owner’s management and profitability perspective, she also is adept at people skills such as instructing, listening, questioning, and understanding other’s motivations.
For over twelve years Rebecca owned and managed an executive recruiting business where she successfully implemented her management, sales, and marketing skills. During this time, she teamed up with fortune 500 companies such as Allstate, CNA, Liberty Mutual, and Nationwide Insurance, to negotiate the deals that enabled them to hire hundreds of their top executives. These same skills enable her to represent investors in the sale and leasing of their commercial properties while getting the best return on their investment.
Specializing in the Northern Broward County office and retail market is a natural, since Rebecca has been a home and business owner in Pompano Beach since 1992. Prospecting and building client relationships in the County has been her focus over the last two decades. Her knowledge of the marketplace puts her in a unique position to be an advocate for clients wishing to sell or lease their property and reach their real estate goals.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from The Pennsylvania State University, where she also was awarded a full 2 year Graduate Assistantship to continue her studies and teach college level students. While owning and managing her executive recruiting business, she authored a book entitled “How To Hire Your Dream Employee”. Rebecca has been a Licensed Real Estate Associate since 2005.
