At CRA Norbert TinWin began specializing in the Hospitality division, business brokerage was an additional category and a natural out shoot for his skill set. He closed on over $35 million in gross sales of Hotels and Motels in the last two years with CRA. Norbert’s merger of his firm with H. Alan Welles Real Estate is due to the mutual vision that both leaders in the industry share, to grow and train a top team of commercial real-estate sales associates. This expansion, growth, vision and lead by H. Alan Welles looks to position the firm in the near future as a premier South Florida Commercial Real Estate Office. Taralinde VerziSales Associate Taralinde brings over 20 years of commercial property management, leasing and project management experience to Platinum Commercial Property Management. Her career originally started in Illinois where she was involved with Office, Retail, and Medical facilities, in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs. Some of her clients were Abbott Laboratories, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, The Gap/Old Navy, Guinness and Phillips Electronics. Taralinde’s vast mechanical and construction background provided added expertise as Project Manager during the build out process. Some of her larger projects included major tenants such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Jackson National Life. Along with providing Management, Leasing and Project Management to such prominent companies, Taralinde has also been involved with companies such as Mutual Benefit Life Insurance where she worked alongside their Asset Management Department and Hollister Incorporated where she was involved with the development of their new medical office building which included an outpatient surgical center. Taralinde’s primary focus is to ensure her client’s investment is maintained to the highest standards. |
