Michael Diaferia was born and raised in New York to a family in the Italian restaurant business. He worked in his family business throughout his entire teenage years before pursuing a career in the Hospitality & Restaurant industry. As a young adult Michael started working in the auto sales & technology field where he developed incredible negotiating skills and the customer service skills that have helped him in dealing with clients and meeting their needs.

Michael moved to Florida and completed Real estate school in 2004 where and began working at H. Alan Welles Commercial Real Estate.  Since joining HAWRE, Michael has assisted in the start up, expansion and even downsizing of many businesses.  Some of Mike’s successes include Impack liquors, One Stop Shop, Cheeky Fitness, Mowermate and service experts, and others.

He currently specializes in Retail, Industrial and Office properties in the Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach area.
