Why are there
group sponsors?

As commercial real estate professionals, we identify value-added properties that are scarce in today’s market. As an alternative to acquiring those properties themselves, group sponsors make it financially feasible for an agent to purchase the property for them while bringing tremendous value to informed investors.


How group sponsors work

Potential investors consult with an advisor regarding financial qualification and classification. We have a group operating agreement (GOA) that must be reviewed and executed. After the GOA is executed we form an LLC. Once approved, investors are sent a property and financial analysis of the investment. If they are interested in proceeding, then they deposit money into an escrow account held by our attorney. A contract will then be assigned or drafted.
