History - H. Alan Welles Real Estate was founded in 2001 in Palm Beach County, Florida and in less than a decade HAWRE has grown from a one person company to nearly 30 people spread amongst offices in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  We were founded on a belief of offering the highest quality services to owners, investors, and users of Commercial Real Estate.  Our successes have been the engine behind our growth and with success has brought an expansion of our scope.  In 2008 HAWRE acquired Commercial Realty Investment LLC and added Hospitality and Business Brokerage to our portfolio of services.  HAWRE has built a pristine name and reputation through providing the finest professional service to our clients as well as playing an active role in community service and outreach.  We have achieved tremendous brand recognition in and around Palm Beach County through our strong marketing efforts and we are still growing.
 
Today - HAWRE is a full service Commercial Real Estate firm that has a wide range of real estate and business opportunities throughout Palm Beach County.  HAWRE services include the sale, leasing, and management of Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, Investment and Owner-User properties.  We have associates that specialize in different property types as well as representation of both owners and tenants and the net result of our success is the increasing market share we continue to achieve.  The company sends up to 15,000 pieces of direct mail and speaks to hundreds of owners, landlords, investors, tenants, and prospects every month as part of our continuous marketing efforts.  We have achieved year over year growth each year we have been in business even in changing markets.
 
Achievements - H. Alan Welles Real Estate has grown and continues to evolve.  HAWRE’s Principal Broker Alan Welles has served as president of The Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches and Florida CCIM Chapter, East Coast District.  He has served on the board of directors of both Associations.  HAWRE has been awarded Retail Deal of the Year in 2004, 2006 and 2007.  Alan Welles has also been awarded The Deal of the Year Award and Realtor of the Year by The Commercial Realtors Alliance of the Palm Beaches.  HAWRE has received recognition for its CRE dealings in publications including The Wall Street Journal and Daily Business Review.  HAWRE received a Certificate of Appreciation from The City of Riviera Beach for community involvement and helping those in need. 
 
Community Outreach - HAWRE has participated in several community assistance programs.  We have donated a building for use as a community center for children.  School bags and supplies were donated to 350 under privileged children.  HAWRE has also provided free supplies and labor to community service buildings such as churches and home for the poor.
